AN INVESTMENT FUND TO SUPPORT INNOVATION

GL events has created an investment fund to effectively respond to its strategic challenges in terms of digital transformation, ecological transition, community development and content production.

In line with the Group's mission of "Bringing people together", the Fund's purpose is to invest in young start-ups and SMEs with high potential which facilitate the gathering of individuals or organizations, the sharing of content and experiences and which develop solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of the event industry: proptech, eventech, foodtech, NFT/web3, esport & gaming, cleantech, impact...

Depending on the synergies identified between the company's project and GL events, the investment fund takes minority shareholdings (with investments ranging from €200k to €1m per company) and in co-investment (BA, private or other corporate funds).
